I have learned from experience to Say No To 1890 telephone nunbers. I,like many others have moved from a monthly telephone bill to a VOIP service offered by my cable television service provider. Virgin Media’s predecessor, UPC, posted out a sepatate advisory newsletter detailing its price structure for non-standard and premium nunbers. Coupled with that I have a mobile phone paid account which also bills me for all 1890 numbers on top of my agreed tariff. You have been warned!
