I doubt if it was a policy decision! This is a free, open source education project targetted at students!

I have learned that this is a post-primary girls’ school. Apparently, everything is blocked by default to preserve their moral integrity! Crazy!

The access times are very slow and many principals have never had a Gmail or Hotmail address. Some of them leave it all to their IT Dept to arrange and implement infrastructure.

I hired a car and booked an apartment to visit my eTwinning school but I have had to cancel everything. I hope the weather improves. I will visit the school on Monday.
