Please forgive the delay but my laptop is still out of action. To add to my misery the new laptop I brought along to Brussels in its place was stolen from the “Finalists Exhibition Area.” The original video was on the stolen laptop so here is a video of the video at the awards’ ceremony. Hello dear friends at St. Attracta’s, today we visited the Valley of Hope!! The weather wasn’t very nice and it was cold but it was a breathtaking experience!! With us we had Annalise Falzon, a guide from Nature Trust Malta who are always there to support us in such expeditions…..and we wish to sincerely THANK them [...] The team (teachers, pupils and  parents) of Once Upon A Blog were proclaimed runners-up in the 4 – 11 year old category at the 2nd Annual eTwinning Awards ceremony held in Brussels on Friday 23rd, 2007. The Winning Project was  “Gingerbread House” The “Once Upon a Blog” project is not over but here is a “Goodbye Message” from the children of Saint Attracta’s Senior National School for the main presentation. This is a clipped, low res taster. We are keeping the big one for Brussels. Dear friends at St. Attracta’s, Here is our monthly appointment to share our islands’ legends!! We hope you’ll enjoy it!! Here is a video of our recent Leprachaun Workshop. The children enjoyed and appreciated so much David’s snowman that apart from sending in the names for the snowman they wanted to do something for the Irish children…..something typical Irish. Therefore, it was decided to construct Leprachauns. This was done during one of our crafts lessons. I [...] Our second podcast from Malta is a legend about the Island of Gozo. This is a brave but sad story about a young girl who put the wellbeing of others on her island before her own. I hope you like it. Here is Mrs Doyle 3rd class’ podcast entitled The Salmon of Knowledge. The background music has not been decided upon as yet. We may have to hold a referendum!
